Description

Go behind the scenes

Learn through shared stories about the successes and challenges of creating homes that reflect the way we live today. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with both the architects and clients behind two fascinating contemporary houses.

SPEAKERS

Hannah Tribe, principal and founder of Tribe Studio Architects, will present House in Paddington alongside her client, Tina Melick. The flexible home replaces a 1970s addition with a contemporary interpretation of the Victorian terrace house.

Andrea Quagliola, one of three directors of MORQ, will present Cloister House alongside his client Rosa Docherty. The house is conceived as a solid enclosure ordered around a central void. The daily life of the clients unfolds around the vegetated courtyard, which offers openness to the interior spaces, removed from their suburban context.
